    Fun, accurate, and educational
I’ve gotten the grandkid one of these each Christmas for a few years in a row now. They are a little complicated for a younger child to put together, but, according to the daughter-in-law/veterinarian, they are very anatomically accurate. It was a neat way for the DIL to teach her daughter about anatomy and animals as the 2 of them put it together. The frog was not as big of a hit as the cow from the previous year but still cool.

A colorful waste of time–if I were you, I would not buy this.
I haven’t seen more useless instructions on a product since our first stroller. There is a random assortment of frog body parts, a booklet with frog facts and incomprehensible diagrams and arrows. The instructions do not have one good picture showing where everything should go, much less a numbered, step-by-step guide. We did have fun randomly laying the parts inside the frog carcass, but learning value was pretty much nil.Highly unrecommended.

Great frog, needs more educational materials with it.
My daughter wants to be a vet. She like putting this together and learning about the frog. It would be nice to have more learning material or a booklet with the frog. It does come with a small pamphlet that tells a few sentences about each part. More in depth information would have been great. But, the frog itself was wonderful. It went together and stayed together well. Much better than dissecting the real thing! Just be prepared to supplement with more educational material if you are using this as part of your curricula.

This introduction to the science gave him a good start to understand about how the body is build …
It was a gift of uncle to his nephew, just 4 year old. I thought he might be too young for it though he is a very bright boy. He put it together with his mom in an evening and he loves it. When he is older perhaps he can take it apart and put it together by himself again. This introduction to the science gave him a good start to understand about how the body is build with all the parts necessary to live.

    6 y.o. LOVED IT
My niece is quite the little zoologist, and her specialty is amphibians/frogs. There is no frog too small, too big, too loud, too nasty (or, in one case, too dead) to be studied in detail by my niece (and whichever adult is unfortunate enough to be tagging along for safety). The first present opened AND PUT TOGETHER on Christmas Eve (which is when our son exchanges gifts with his cousins) was this one. She opened all the gifts, but this one was immediately handed to her grandmother and older cousin with the explicit instructions to “open this, please, and help me put it together.” This was a hand’s down winner, and as the building (which was not too difficult, so long as an adult oversees) continued, all of the family ended up ignoring their toys to gather around the frog model! Also, it was sturdy and well made. Recommended.

Don’t waste your money on this
Don’t waste your money on this. Flimsy plastic, way over priced, and once it’s put together, very hard to see the components even through the clear “windows”. The instructions were not helpful and we ended up just figuring it out on our own You’d be better off making a clay model and watching YouTube videos.

    Good Learning Tool
This is a great learning tool but not really a toy. What I love most about it is it has a book explaining each body part and its function. It’s very educational, but my only problem is that it doesn’t hold together well. The leg keeps falling off, and the whole thing falls apart very easily. Also, it isn’t an item a kid will revisit often because it’s more of a tool and display than a puzzle or toy. Once you put it together and learn the parts, well, that’s kind of it!

    Great Product!
Great! My daughter was so excited to put together she couldn’t wait for the day she had to do her experiment! That alone says it is a good product! My daughter is in the 7th grade and she said she really enjoyed this frog model!
